Sanford Housing Co-op is situated approximately half way between Surrey Quays and New Cross. Walking from either station takes about 15 minutes. Another option is to take bus 225 from New Cross Road or Surrey Quays that goes from Lewisham to Bermondsey and can take you directly to Sanford . However, it is infrequent and is not wrorth waiting for unless you really can't be bothered walking.
There is a number of ways to get to New Cross from Central London including bus, British Rail from London Bridge and Tube.
